Maybe I don't get out enough, but I was recently thinking to myself how I haven't seen a really powerful film in a long long time. I'm happy to say, that changed when I saw Beasts of the Southern Wild, an incredibly beautiful and spiritual story that portrays a humanistic quality so moving and raw one cannot help but be moved. Go see this movie.
