This picture makes me laugh every time I look at it! My friend in the middle of the photo was trying out a new fad diet where she had to do squats prior to "binge" eating...sounds like an amazing diet, right?! Since we were in a public place we decided that we didn't want her to look ridiculous all by herself and joined in on the exercise! That's what friends are for! We all look like we are concentrating on squeezing those glutes!
