Jacob & Sarah | The Hideout at Kirkwood | Wedding

It is always a little bit of a challenge working with couples who do not live locally. After meeting Sarah and Jake in person our personalities just clicked.  They are such a great couple and it's always nice when I feel like I would be friends with my couples outside of work!  I was excited for my first wedding at The Hideout and was pretty darn happy with the final product.  Sean Michael Hower did a beautiful job documenting their epic weekend!  Click here to see his full blog post!

Luke & Leanna | The Firehouse | Sacramento | CA | Wedding

 To follow up with my previous video montage post here are some individual photos of Luke and Leanna's beautiful wedding at The Firehouse in Old Sacramento! Laurie at LJS Photography did such a wonderful job documenting their day!

 Leanna's bouquet was made of yellow cymbidium orchids, vendelas roses, white calla lilies and green berried with the stems wrapped in gray satin ribbon.

 The bridesmaid bouquets were cream vendela roses and white calla lilies with the stems wrapped in gray satin ribbon.

Gerbera Goddess Wedding in Napa Valley

Here's a peak at the yellow and white "gerbera goddess" wedding flower concept I executed last weekend!

Colorful Red, Pink & Orange Wedding Flowers! What a Beautiful Backyard Affair!

 I got my hands on some beautiful photos from Mary and Ryan's wedding that I couldn't help sharing.  Mary did such an amazing job with lots of little details throughout the wedding and reception.  I did the flowers including, bouquets, pomanders, centerpieces, boutonnieres, flower girl baskets and floating dahlias. 

 

 As you can see, everything came together beautifully!  I love the hand-written details, as well as the touches of brightly colored ribbon tied to the lanterns.

 Ryan is anxiously waiting for his bride-to-be and Mary looks absolutely gorgeous. 

 The pomanders from the aisle were transferred to centerpiece vases after the wedding during cocktail hour.  What a resourceful way to reuse the ceremony flowers!  The vases weren't just left naked, they were wrapped in colorful ribbon provided by Mary with an aspidistra leaf wrapped on the inside of the vase.

Happily ever after the bride and groom make their way back up the aisle as a married couple!
